Hi Boris,

let me repeat this for the n'th time:

there is no need to run autoconf, automake, bison, flex, makeinfo, ... 
unless your timestamps are bad.  Please reget the sources either via rsync
or via 'svn co' with use-commit-times set to yes in your Subversion
configuration.
