[tlbuild] building on Solaris 11

Hello,

I have compiled the source at revision 33250 with no problem. BTW,
I have compiled also luajitTeX with no problem:

$ ./luajittex
This is LuajitTeX, Version beta-0.79.0 (TeX Live 2014/dev) (rev 4903)
 restricted \write18 enabled.
**^D
! End of file on the terminal... why?
