[tlbuild] 2014 build progress at Utah

I've now made 27 build attempts for TeX Live 2014 on various flavors
of Unix, and can report success for these subdirectories under bin,
each of which has a name distinct from those in the TeX Live DVDs, to
reflect the architecture, O/S, and version number:

    i386-freebsd9           x86_64-linux-arch       x86_64-linux-opensuse12
    i386-linux-fedora19     x86_64-linux-debian6    x86_64-linux-redhat5
    i386-linux-redhat5      x86_64-linux-fedora19   x86_64-linux-redhat6
    i386-linux-ubuntu12     x86_64-linux-opensuse11 x86_64-linux-redhat7
    powerpc32-linux-gentoo2

The failing builds have died in the graphite code, or in the luajit
code.  There are no successes at all yet on DragonflyBSD, MirBSD,
NetBSD, OpenBSD, or Solaris.

I have yet to try a build on SGI IRIX MIPS, for which 2012 was the
last year a build succeeded.

At least for the mainstream GNU/Linux distributions, and FreeBSD, the
situation looks rosy.

I'm looking into creating a FreeBSD 10 x86-64 VM in the next few days.
