[tlbuild] 2014 builds

I have builds of this morning's source code snapshot,
texlive-20140319, running now on a score of GNU/Linux and *BSD
platforms.  Some have completed and are now installed locally, ready
for use.

However, as reported earlier today, 

	source/libs/luajit/LuaJIT-2.0.3/src/lj_arch.h

is a stumbling block.  It stopped compilation on Red Hat 5.10 on
IA-64, for which compilers define the symbols __ia64 and __ia64__ to
represent the architecture.

I'm leaving this build for now, on the assumption that configure
changes will be made that test for the absence of support for the
luajit feature.
