Hi Ken,

I have just seen that branch2013 exists, but contains somewhat oldish
sources.  So you should definitely use r30847 to r30873.

Hi Karl,

perhaps we should update the sources in branch2013 to the state at the end
of the freeze, e.g., last Friday.
