[tlbuild] TeXLive for Solaris i386/x86_64

Hello everybody,

I have tried to compile TeXLive on Solaris x86 and I have failed.
It seems that dvisvg needs some rewriting in order to make
it compilable at least on Solaris x86 with gcc 4.7.2. Now, in
order to move forward, could some one let me know how to
disable the compilation of this tool?
