[tlbuild] trial builds for TL'13

Hello,

OK I have found the problem and a patch. For some reason
g++ on Solaris fails when _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED
is defined. This was reported to the OpenSolaris bugtracker,
but since Oracle has decided to close-source OpenSolaris,
they trying to delete every single reference to it (BTW, Oracle
loves OpenSource :D :D :D). Now the patch is simple:
disable _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED when compiling
in Solaris (see attached patch).
