[tlbuild] sparc-linux (bigendian?) failure in icu

Karl,

I have now compiled everything on PowerPC without problems. I updated
to the last stuff in the svn before compiling. When I was done, I put the
resulting xetex binary in TeX Live 2011 and typeset. This gave a "format" error,
of course. So I rebuilt the xetex format files. After that, I could typeset fine.
