[tlbuild] Binaries changed between r22826 and r22851

    Why luatex, xindy.mem etc. changed between r22826 and r22851? Is this
    expected?

I don't feel like researching 25 log msgs right now.
Off the top of my head:

xdvi-xaw, dvipng, xindy.mem, maybe others: these change on every build :(.
  Not easy to fix, either, don't want to go there now.
luatex: either taco made a fix or it changes on every build, can't remember.
detex: peb just made a (presumably final!) bug fix.

(Also, I see Akira just changed kpathsea/hash.c, but the should only
affect Windows.)
