[tlbuild] build reports

I made build attempts on several systems with yesterday's source-code
snapshot.  Here is a summary of successes and failures:

GNU/Linux Red Hat 5.6 AMD64 and IA-32
	FAIL: eptexdir/eptrip.test
	1 of 47 tests failed
	333 executables

GNU/Linux Fedora 14 IA-32
	FAIL: eptexdir/eptrip.test
	1 of 47 tests failed
	333 executables

GNU/Linux openSUSE 11.2 AMD64
	FAIL: trip.test
	FAIL: ptexdir/ptrip.test
	FAIL: eptexdir/eptrip.test
	3 of 47 tests failed
	333 executables

GNU/Linux Red Hat 5.6 IA-64
	FAIL: eptexdir/eptrip.test
	1 of 47 tests failed
	332 executables

GNU/Linux Gentoo 1.2.14 Alpha and PowerPC-64 and PowerPC-32 and SPARC
	FAIL: eptexdir/eptrip.test
	1 of 47 tests failed
	332 executables

Solaris 10 x86_64 and IA-32 and SPARC:
	undefined C++ mangled symbol in linking xetex

	second attempt with different PATH:
	configure: error: libfreetype2 not found

FreeBSD 8.2 IA-32:
	configure: error: libfreetype2 not found

No build passed all tests, and the universal eptrip.test failures
suggest that the test itself may be faulty.

As time permits, I will experiment further with other compilers and
CFLAGS on the failing systems, and try builds on other BSD variants,
and Solaris 11 AMD64.
