[tlbuild] Building on Mac OS X

Folks,

I have built TeX Live 2011 on all three operating systems we'll
use for Mac binaries in 2011:

	Snow Leopard (Intel 64 Bit): 329 executables

	Leopard (Intel 32 Bit): 335 executables

	Leopard (PowerPC 32 Bit): 335 executables

I didn't built Xindy, but will soon after compiling Lisp. As instructed,
I didn't build asymptote.

So, no problems. The folks preparing this source build system
did their job very well!
