[tlbuild] TeXLive 2011 on Intel

Folks,

Congratulations! TeX Live 2011 built immediately for me on Snow Leopard
(64 bits), giving 329 executables. I disabled xetex, xdv2pdf, and
xdvipdfmx because XeTeX requires a library which Apple didn't port to 64 bits,
and I didn't build xindy temporarily.

I'll build 32 bit versions on Leopard (for Intel) and again Leopard (for PPC)
and report back.

Your hard work made my life easy!
