Hi Manuel,

I have updated the TL build systems such that:

(1) compiling for MINGW32 or WIN32 automatically implies '--without-x' (and
'--with-x' is rejected), and

(2) '--without-x' automatically implies '--disable-xpdfopen' (used to be
pdfopen) and '--disable-xdvik' (and the corresponding '--enable-*' options
are rejected).

Thus, these options are no longer required for MINGW32.

You still need '--disable-dialog' unless you have ncurses, as well as
'--disable-xetex' and '--disable-xdvpdfmx' unless you have fontconfig.
