[tlbuild] otftotfm in MacTeX pretest has some "koch" hardcodes in it/can't find texnansx

I cannot find a string "glyphlist.txt found with kpathsea at"
in universal-darwin/otftotfm.

#define HAVE_KPATHSEA 1
or -DHAVE_KPATHSEA=1
are ok? ( Richard Koch ?).
