Hi everybody,

I just committed yet another version (r12856), that should fix most (but not
all) of the remaining build problems:

Cygwin:
more foo vs. foo.exe problems and paths starting with a double slash

Solaris:
detection of need for -lsocket, -lnsl, and -lrt.

The new texk/web2c/Makefile.in is from today, 2009-04-29 14:34 UTC.
