I have compiled them and put in the usual place:

   http://www.bibles.org.uk/x86_64

I also applied for the svn account so that next time I can commit them
myself.

Building clisp on my system failed so I had to compile without --xindy.
I'll ask Vladimir to help me with this if he has time. I put the scripts
mkclisp and its output mkclisp.log in the above URL as well, if anyone
wishes to assist with building clisp...

My initial suspicion was a faulty memory (as the error is quite strange)
so I forced this machine to suffer about 2 hours worth of memtest86
testing but NO errors whatsoever were found, so the memory is fine.

Kind regards
Tigran
