[tlbuild] OCR fonts missing?

Hi,

I have now resolved the issue regarding fmtutil-sys not completing :)

A quick question:
I tested my new build on a document in my home directory and was given this:

This is METAFONT, Version 2.718281 (Web2C 7.5.6)

input ocr10' failed to make ocr10.tfm.

! Font OT1/ocra/m/n/9=ocr10 at 9.0pt not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.
