[tlbuild] FreeType2 Issue on OpenBSD

Sorry, I can't reproduce this.  I saw that mptopdf needs metafun, but I
didn't see anything "infinite" about it.
The complete log might help.

And, what is the complete contents of your fmtutil.cnf?

Finally, if you just run
  mptopdf line.mp
(trivial source attached) does it autogenerate the fmt's ok or do you
get the same problem?
