In fact, the only arches I have both lzma and lzmadec binaries for are: 
i386-linux
i386-solaris
powerpc-aix
sparc-solaris
win32

(Some others have lzmadec only, but we'd like to have both.)

If your arch is not on this list, please send them to me (or commit them
yourself), per tug.org/texlive/build.html#lzma.  This is completely
independent of the main build.
