[tlbuild] FreeType2 Issue on OpenBSD

    Looks like it is trying to build freetype2 despite
    --with-system-freetype2 ?

I don't know the answer to the problem, but don't use
--with-system-freetype2 for the binaries we distribute with TL, please.
Or --with-system anything.  The whole point of those binaries to work on
as many user systems as possible, which means statically linking with
the libraries we have in the tree.

(This means you'll want to do two kinds of builds -- one for TL and one
for OpenBSD.)
