<p class="MsoNormal">I just installed MiKTeX 2.9 on my machine, after my IT people installed Windows 7 (long story why they aren’t ready for 10 yet…).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">All is well, but there is some time zone setting it’s using which is not what I have in the system. All times come out in UTC, five hours later than my EST zone. Here’s a stripped down minimal example:<o:p></o:p></p>
