I have found this one useful,<br>
<br>
0 \\label\{(.+.)\}<br>
<br>
Adds anything you "label" for cross-references to the Bookmarks<br>
section of the Tags window.<br>
<br>
Change the leading integer if you wish to place it within your heading<br>
hierarchy, 5 gets it under most headings<br>
<br>
5 \\label\{(.+.)\}<br>
<br>
Any one else customising these?<br>
