Hi<br><br>I recently downloaded Texworks, but I can't seem to typeset anything; I hope you can help me. I keep getting an error message:<br><br>initexmf.exe: No formats.ini exists.
<p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;">I can't find the default format file!</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;">texify: pdflatex failed for some reason (see log file).</p><p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;">I have no idea how to fix this, or even what it mean.
