[texworks] impossible to install the \usepackage{mathtools}

impossible to install the \usepackage{mathtools}

impossible to have Babel working (english).

Where the package can be dowloaded fia ftp or else ?

The probelm seems the autodownload will not end correctly or the 
destination directory (I'm unable to discover wich is) is bad.
