[texworks] how do I install missing packages

I recently installed basic MiKTeX in my PC at home.

Now I want to add pictures in plain TeX, and I need to install

\input miniltx.tex

However, when I try to add this file from the web, say, from

it won't do it. I tried the option "install from a directory," but I cannot find the suitable directory in the miktex folder.

I know this works, because I tried in my computer at work. It also works in a mac (using MacOSTeX).

How can I get MiKTeX to install additional packages?
Thank you,
Juan Tolosa
