[texworks] TeXworks for Windows mirror download

Is there a mirror server where I can download the latest version (0.4.5) of the TeXworks binaries for windows?
I cannot access code.google.com as linked in http://www.tug.org/texworks/#Getting_TeXworks because it is blocked in my country. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
