[texworks] TeXworks 0.4.5 released

A bug.  I have been processing "St-George-2013.tex" for
about 20 minutes, making various textual and design
changes; the file commences :

%!TeX Program=XeTeX

At some point, TeXworks suddenly decided to ignore this
pragmat and instead selected PdfTeX as the processing
engine; aborting and re-trying the compilation failed
to effect any change.
