Well, they already have, but I prefer stability to risk and have
therefore stuck with TeX Live 2011 (2012 is current, 2013 "any
day now").  It is not a major issue (I hope) but if (say) I had
downloaded and installed TeXworks previously from the same place
as I have now downloaded the new version, and installed it into

	D:\TeX\Live\2011\bin\win32\

would the new version have then known where to install itself,
or will it always try to install under :

	C:\Program files

(the latter is the last place I would want it, for many reasons).
