Hi,

I'm assuming your problem is "I can not use Japanese language in
texworks . Tell me how to work in japanese" as the mail did not contain
any useful information as far as I could tell.
If you are referring to the interface, you can use the menu "Edit >
Preferences... > General" to set the "Interface locale" to Japanese.
If you are referring to the question of how to write Japanese texts in
TeX, I recommend you ask this on the texhax mailing list
(http://tug.org/mailman/listinfo/texhax), possibly after some quick
internet search (I assume others have solved this before).
