[texworks] Drop of Python scripting support

Dear Stefan,

Sorry to hear you've been receiving this kind of discouraging and unhelpful messages. The tone of those remarks is completely inappropriate, and does nothing to promote goodwill, cooperation, understanding, or worthwhile progress in anyone's project. I hope the individual(s) concerned will, on reflection, feel thoroughly ashamed of their behavior.

And I hope this won't deter you from pursuing your much-appreciated work within the texworks project.
