Hi,

Made a start on the input and display dialogues, and will at some
point be ready to move onto the series of :-

createUI(QString)
createUI(QString,QWidget*)

createUIFromString(QString)
createUIFromString(QString,QWidget*)

Are these looking stable for Tw ver 0.4 at the moment please?
