[texworks] Create keyword for auto-completion

Hi there

I can't seem to figure out how to create my own keyword for auto-completion. 

Where exactly do I save this file, and under what name? And how do I make sure 
it's UTF-8 encoded (whatever this means)?. I downloaded TeXworks through Miktex, 
so the folder that contains the application is  ...\miktex\bin. But I see no 
other txt files in there, and for some reason I'm not able to save a txt file 
into that folder.
