[texworks] Note field content appearing in my references

The output style in EndNote to create the BibTeX 
bibliography is not correct in my point of view and many 
fields in EndNote end in the note field in BibTeX.

(I supposed you created the .bib file from EndNote)
(I once had a look to this, if I can find my output style, I 
can provide it to you.)

You have to choose a BibTeX format which doesn't include the 
notes in the bibliography.
Make a try, for example, with apalike or another style (also 
using natbib!).
