[texworks] SCRIPT: Insert a new \label{key} - checks for current Environment and potential duplicate conflict

Thanks Alain,

I was worried about this sort of thing, but with so many languages and
alphabets ....

Is a dot    .      guaranteed safe?

People can also edit the suggested   prefix:key   as they go

I'll repost a change once ideas have come in on this or anything else.
