[texworks] SCRIPT: Insert a new \label{key} - checks for potential duplicate conflict

I wonder if it would be (easily) possible to investigate surrounding
environments and suggest, e.g., a label of form "fig:" if inside a
figure, "eq:" if inside an equation, etc.?
