[texworks] TeXworks creates A4 paper size PDF (not Letter Size) with MikTeX 2.8

You should use the MiKTeX Options to specify the size of the paper to
Letter, default is A4. Please remember, TeXworks is just a frontend, it will
never produce PDF files directly, the TeX engines (from MiKTeX 2.8) will do
it.
