[texworks] configuration placement on Vista

I should have mentioned, yes this is a net installation of TW on TL 09

the original question was regadring TW from MikTeX on Wista.

I currently do not have access to a Vista, I'd better get me a Win7 for 
testing.

Will test both when I get access to it.
