[texworks] configuration placement on Vista

That suggests to me that TeXworks is installed with a setup file (texworks-setup.ini) that specifies a custom location for the configuration files. But I don't actually know any details of how MikTeX configures things. (Or was this TW from a TeX Live installation on the Win7 machine? That directory name looks rather texlive-ish.)

Just out of curiosity, could you locate the TeXworks executable, and see if there's a texworks-setup.ini file alongside it?
