[texworks] Compiling Tw on Windows

Stefan and Alain,

Thanks for the offers of help with compilation. Actually, for a few months
I followed Alain's page regularly for updated binaries until they stopped
being updated. It was very helpful.

Fortunately, I eventually succeeded in compilation about 5 days ago. In
fact, the most recent latexErrors.js that I uploaded on Friday was checked
against r545 (in Windows 7).

I am not entirely certain why it finally worked this time when it didn't
the others, but I think the first few times I may have set the environment
variables incorrectly. The BuildingOnWindows wiki is excellent, but it
took me a while to figure out how all the PATH and KDEDIRS environment
variables needed to be set up.

Now that I have succeeded once, it shouldn't be hard to keep updated
binaries.

Thanks again.

Casey
