[texworks] texworks ubuntu package

I do not know who currently maintains ubuntu texworks package but you have
added too much dependencies and as far as I can see, most of people use
TL>=08 so when someone sees too much dependencies from TL07, he will just
ignore the package and hence it becomes useless. My suggestion is to remove
TL dependicies because honestly it does not make sense at all. Obviously
someone who has been thinking of using texworks, already have a running TeX
distribution.
