[texworks] How to install TeXworks from source on Linux

I seem to remember that RHEL doesn't ship with Qt 4 so you have to grab
that and compile it from source. This should go smoothly, though. I
believe there was a discussion about this recently here on the mailing
list. Just check the archives and you should find it.
