[texworks] Command Completion in TeXworks Manual

Dear Alain,
I really have to agree with Herbert, and add that you have brought a lot of
involved information together in a readily accessible form.

I have been reading it more closely while integrating it for a simplified
offline search use and have really appreciated the detail of work that you
have put in.

Its going to help me tremendously in having a
more efficient and productive use of TexWorks!
