The msvc versions are now all there.
I did compile with both systems a little bit on your suggestion (or did 
I misunderstood you :-)) ).
But perhaps it should be decided what the users would like: mingw or msvc!!

Well it works with msvc 2008 Express. I'll send you what I did for 
updating the instructions.
In the meantime see the log file for the warnings!!
