Apparently Qt 4.6 <http://qt.nokia.com/developer/qt-4.6-technology-preview 
 > will add Snow Leopard support. So maybe it's normal there are some  
rough edges with Qt 4.5 (if confirmed that the problem results from  
the combination Mac OS 10.6 + Qt 4.5).
