[texworks] Window Show Tags and Window Show Contents

Well, it wasn't documented until yesterday, AFAIK (and I have no idea
where I got it from, maybe from Jonathan?). Anyway, I added a short
section about it to http://code.google.com/p/texworks/wiki/TipsAndTricks.
