[texworks] TeXworks and Ubuntu 8.10

Good evening all. I have a spot of difficulty getting TeXworks
via Martin's package for Ubuntu.

I added the deb http://... to the end of /etc/apt/sources.list
and started the package manager. It was unhappy:

W:GPG Error: http://ppa.launchpad.net hardy Release.
The following signaturres couldn't be verified because the
public key is not available:
NO-PUBKEY ED53EEE353C62D85

Clearly I am missing a piece of information to enable me to get
TeXworks installed. I hope that the message means something to someone
of you. Thanks for any and all assistance,
