Although the "synctex" tool comes with the TeX installation, TeXworks  
does include synctex code as well, and it's true that this has not  
been updated recently (it seemed more important to stabilize and fix  
niggling issues in preparation for the TL'09 release).

When I have a little time, I'll merge the updated parser code and  
verify that it's working properly in TW....
