Howdy,

I've used the multi-line approach for creating a latex engine (yes, I  
still use that on occasion) using simpdftex. On the other hand, since  
I already had latexmk engines defined along with configuration (rc)  
files for TeXShop, I simply added the path to the TeXShop engines  
(they are executable scripts) to TeXworks' path list and called them.  
The path seems to have to be the full path to the directory and ~ is  
NOT understood; so /Users/xxxxxxx/Library/TeXShop/Engines in my case.
