[texworks] New binaries again (r348)

I have just posted new Windows and Mac OS X binaries (again), now at  
v0.1r348. These builds include a Japanese translation of the  
interface, thanks to Kenta Tanaka.

(For those who have downloaded the r346 build, there is no reason to  
update unless you want to check/use the Japanese interface.)
