I'm using ver. .01 (r322 with printing) under Vista. When I choose File/Close or type Ctrl-W, TeXworks quits. Would the expected behavior not be to close the file being worked on, but leave the application open (just as it is when you first start, a blank window with no document)? Or am I missing something obvious? David
